This was such a quick and fun read. I was really surprised by the ending and can't wait to start the next book. Although the main character felt a bit too 'quirky' for my taste, she and all of her friends are great. Jennifer Lynn Barnes never fails to achieve writing a fast paced page turner.

Dragged on a little long for my liking, but fine quick beach read. Read most of it on a plane, which was really the perfect setting.

This book was something! Idk how to describe it. The Main character didn’t feel like a main character (idk how else to explain that). The whole family thing really didn’t play out how i thought it would. I overall didn’t understand the premise of the world in this book. 
Did i eat it up tho? Yes. Do I have the second book already? Yes. Will i read it? Most likely
