Absolutely loved this one! Definitely more mature again and it proves there's no need for unnecessary drama in a romance.

This is a 3.5! I really liked it, Cobey and Vincent were absolutely adorable, like every couple in this series. I really like how chill and soft and cute this series is it’s so heartwarming to me. I am tired of asshole love interests! Nice people are amazing! Genuinely sweet jocks are great!
Tutoring trope is a hit or miss for me and I didn’t have grand expectations for this book but it was super sweet and wholesome! The attraction was a biiiit too instant and surface level, not a huge character work and I am not convinced the Gavin plotline was necessary. But it gave me the nerd/jock moments I love, namely « nerd wears his boyfriend’s jersey and number » I eat that shit UP.

This one was so freaking adorable. I loved both the MCs. Cobey was so sweet and seemed like such a likeable guy. He was basically a giant cinnamon roll of a person. And Vincent I just wanted to wrap up and put in my pocket to protect at all costs. There was very little drauma and lots of romantic moments that were just shy being of too cheesy. Overall a really enjoyable book in an solid series.

Meh. There was nothing terribly exciting about this story. Neither of the guys had much about them. And their journey just didn’t excite me.
The news article at the end made the book for me ❤️❤️

LOVE
this is probably my favorite of the whole series!! i ADORED everything about it. both of the characters were so likable and relatable and their relationship was SO SWEET!!
i am a SUCKER for the virgin trope but the way this one unfolded? masterful. it truly felt like a fan fiction where the nerdy “loser” is picked by the hot popular jock and it was the sweetest thing ever. the progression of their physical and emotional relationship was so exciting and sweet and i wish it had been 5x longer. i LOVED IT SO MUCH. and the epilogue with the news article legitimately made me cry. they were just so in love and the chemistry was amazing. i can’t wait to check out more NR Walker books after i finish the franklin u world!
