Take a photo of a barcode or cover
also, the social media thing is a bit unrealistic bc i don't think that many college students really care that much about other people's lives
So far I've read [b:Dearest Milton James|58851852|Dearest Milton James|N.R. Sometimes events in the book felt a bit too ideal and unrealistic, but then again, it's fiction so some people might love the escapist aspect of that.
Spoiler
I'm talking about people clapping and cheering for Vincent and Cobey, their friends coming in to solve their problems or make their relationship take the next step, etc.So, if you want a super sweet low-angst roommates/friends to lovers MM story, then give this a try!
This is my first book from this author and I was pleasantly surprised. I don't know why I was surprised but I was...
The writing feels really cozy and it speaks directly to your heart. It is low-key funny and definitely emotional. I loved every single moment.
Both Cobey and Vincent are amazing characters and undeniably lovable.
They make sense together and the protectiveness they have for each other, makes you feel fuzzy inside.
As I said, no words for this story! I just loved it!!!
Thank you @gayromancereviews for the copy!
Update Dec 2023, I first read this a year ago, it was one of the first MM books I read and it has such a special place in my ❤️. this is my 7th reread/listen in a year
I’m a sucker for the jock/nerd and first time tropes so I had a great time!
