This felt very much like a N.R. Walker book. I’m glad I ended up reading this FU book last, because it ended up being my favorite out of them all.

Vincent and Cobey were so sweet together. Ugh, it was so lovely to listen to them fall in love. I loved that Vincent was such a sweetheart and that Cobey was too, no jock stereotype there. This is jock x nerd done the right way. My heart broke for Vincent but I’m so glad he and Cobey found each other. Vincent wearing Cobey’s jersey was oh so sweet.

I pretty much marathoned this. I very much enjoyed the audio too, being very positively surprised by Nick J. Russo. I loved his voice for Vincent. It’s one of those times when the audio really added a whole new dimension to the story, I can’t imagine it without it.

4.5 stars for this adorable, sweet book with the most perfect jock/nerd trope!

Learning Curve is the sixth in the Franklin U shared univers series and I absolutely loved Cobey and Vincent's love story.

It all starts when they become roommates after Cobey flunks his first year of Uni and almost drops out. And getting roomed up with the smartest person on campus, Vincent might just be the best solution to his study problems.

They are a classic jock/nerd pairing but with the sweetest vibe ever. Vincent is a genious nerd with a serious lack of social skills.. and friends. And Cobey is the star linebacker in the school's football team with the kindest and most loveable personality!
After a few weeks rooming together they struck a deal. Cobey helps Vincent with his social issues, meeting people, making friends, getting rid of the V card. And Vincent helps Cobey with passing his calculus exam to maintain a good GPA.

I think you know where this is going? They become close and they fall for each other but like in the sweetest way. Their relationship is just so honest and pure. It shows they yes, of course, they are enamoured by each other's body but also they fall in love with each other because of their nature and personality.
Both of them going the extra mile to understand the other despite being so different, the attention, the little things, all so important when a relationship is in its early stages.

Sooooo... absolute love for these two! Vincent's awkwardness and giddyness and excitment and Cobey's grins and sweet gestures and honesty. All too perfect for a love story!

I breezed through this book so fast! Didn't even notice the percentages flying by on my e-reader because I was so engrossed by the story!

I highly recommend this adorbale romance to the lovers of the jock/nerd trope and university romances!

Okay so I flew through the first half of this book but then it got to the second half and I was just bored? Like once the small conflict was solved at about the 60% mark, the rest of it until the last chapter, felt super pointless. Don’t get me wrong, I loved Cobey & Vincent and I love fluff and all the cutesy moments but the plot just lacked depth and honestly some of it felt super unrealistic and kind of soap opera-y 🤷🏻‍♀️ so overall, I’m glad I read it because Cobey & Vincent were really cute but it’s not one I’d go back to in the future.

5⭐️ Cutest jock/nerd romance ever. It was light-hearted, low-angst, syrupy sweet, and wholesome without being cheesy or over-the-top. Just a simple, charming comfort read. Loved it.

I really liked this one. It made me smile the whole time. The characters were just really sweet, especially Coby. He's sort of made out to be the dumb sunshiny golden retriever himbo but Charlie looks a little deeper. It just made me happy to read.
