The reason it’s a 4.75 is because I don’t like how she treats her friends

4.5 ⭐️ currently: screaming, crying, and throwing up

60 pages in, i thought i was going to dnf this book. at first i found the juvenile writing style painfully… well juvenile. but as the story progressed and the romance really picked up, the writing became a perfect complement to the innocent love shared between Liz and the love interest

TOO CUTE TOO CUTE TOO CUTE!!!!!!! I truly loved every single page of this book, and there were literally NO dull moments. Every single time Wes and Liz weren’t in the same scene I genuinely wanted to cry. The chemistry, the banter, the EVERYTHING made this book an easy 5/5… there’s NO DEBATE!!! This might have to be my favorite enemies-to-lovers book, and every rom-com lover’s DREAM with all the quotes and easter eggs pointing to other books and movies. Even though enemies-to-lovers is such a common trope, this book still managed to be SO original AND enjoyable. The best quote from the book that instantly made me tear up was
“I fell in love with teasing you in the second grade, when I first discovered that I could turn your cheeks pink with just a word. Then I fell in love with you.”

SpoilerI don’t think there could’ve been a better ending than that!!
Truly it is the perfect book and you truly WILL NOT regret reading it!!
