Here's the deal...you could probably write a book about MC bad asses hanging out, reading People Magazine and eating toast and I would find it hot. However, what these Saving Dallas books do is take a really awesome MC club (albeit law abiding and legit for the most part and that's a wee bit of a negative, but they re so hot and have so much going on, you don't notice!) and throw in a bit of a "situation" that causes everyone to be on high alert, gives us a hospital visit and some reasons to be scared and have bad ass freaking hottie yelling and putting his hands all over Dallas every 3 pages. Yep. FIVE STARS!

I cried some pretty ugly tears at one point in this story. I enjoyed it. Another, kind of, stunted ending but a great read.

This second book in the Saving Dallas series begins a few days after the first one ends. Dallas is having to deal with being attacked, along with all of the drama with Luke. She finds out the he and every one else of the club paid him to be there to watch over her. As the story goes on she has to learn a whole lot of everything that involves being with Luke, and trying to decide if what he says is the truth.

In this one I sort of felt bad for Dallas. It seemed like no one was there for her really. They all were there because they had to be, not really because they wanted to be. I hated that. I also hated the stuff that happens towards the end, it really bugged me, and seemed to just add extra drama to the club I didn't really see how any of that was necessary... This one wasn't as good as the first one in my opinion. It just seemed to lack something, and at times I was somewhat bored with the story. However, I did like how Luke, and Dallas keep coming together strong. It was really nice to seem them stand together. Not sure If I will read the next one, this one was somewhat of a disappointment.
