Michelle found a way to express everything that we all feel in such an authentic way that it's impossible to not connect with her experience! For anybody and everybody going through a hard time trying to understand themselves and life in general, this book will help you answer those questions in the most caring way! PLUS visually it is super engaging and has incredible pic possibilities!

This book has so many great points and has a ton of great hands on activities to help grow and face fears. While I was able to get a lot out of the book it did feel heavily focused on the challenges of social media influencers and how to navigate that space. I definitely was able to get a lot out of the activities and teaching but the stories and examples were less applicable to my circumstances.
