I will start by saying that the cover is beautiful, and I think overall it was a cute book. I loved the setting in the Caribbean because it truly felt like it was set there thanks to the references to locations and food. I did struggle at first because it was a bit slow in the beginning but it did pick up, plus Keiran just came off as an asshole at beginning. And although Keiran did get better as the book progressed, I think my view of him was colored by how much I disliked him at first. I know they was a childhood animosity based on misunderstandings, but he was straight up rude even before she would say anything. I am glad she did not let him get away with it. I also did not like the third act conflict, I was both annoyed by the lying and her reaction to it. Regardless, I liked the book overall and the writing, so I will definitely be reading the next book in the series.
I listened to the audiobook and I think the narrator did an amazing job.

Thank you to LibroFM for an alc of this book!
When Cherisse and Keiran are paired up as best man and maid of honor at their friends wedding, they are forced to work together even though they've never gotten along.
This book was such a cute romance! I loved the hate to love aspect and how both characters realized they had been unfairly judging each other. I thought both main characters were really well developed and I enjoyed the story line! Super cute romance.
