  • the multiple POVs was badly done and served no purpose
  •  adding trauma in your book just for shock value when it adds nothing to the narrative doesn't make your book better - on the contrary.
  •  I cared not at all about any of the characters
  •  this could have been a short story
  •  I can tell that great efforts were made to make the story twisty and interesting but the whole thing felt flat and was just bland

Overall a good Lisa Jewel book, she is becoming one of my favs. (Freida better watch out lol)

I actually really like all the main characters, I understood each one of them and I wasn’t left with ambiguity about why they did or didn’t do something. The plot twists were great and had me sprung wanting more. My only comment would be that I am left with some questions that I feel could have been added. But at the end of the day.. it was still very binge worthy.
