Took me a bit to get into it but once I did I devoured it. Such poetic and candid writing. I was drawn into each character's thoughts and actions like they were my own. Looking forward to reading more from this author.

A masterclass in modern writing styles and literary experimentation.

I honestly couldn’t tell you what happened in the 107 pages I read, no plot whatsoever just not for me

The typeface in my copy was too small, so I couldn't get started. Sorry, Zadie. It'll be given to a charity shop, so someone will still read it.

Igual me encantó.

I love Zadie Smith. I admire what she was trying for in this book. But... it's not my favorite.

She tells the story of a certain neighborhood in London and different characters who live there. Each character's story is unveiled through others eyes, like an onion, layer upon layer. That all was interesting, and well done, but as a sum, the book didn't feel complete.
