slightly convuluted to follow, was kinda all over narrative wise, but prose vivid and lucid. Also didn’t feel like I knew the characters very well (maybe on purpose)- (I think a re-read would be beneficial/ easier to follow) I also think it would work probably better on screen - so I shall watch - style of writing kept changing/morphing (not a light read at allll)
Zadie Smith presents some powerful ideas, but the experimental style and structure weren't for me.
