Good book, and great exercises. Goodman’s routines are the most effective things I’ve done to deal with back pain.

There's some interesting info here about physiology and how we are hurting ourselves on the regular. The exercises are helpful and reinforce things I already learned from a chiropractor, but as others have pointed out, probably more helpful to watch the YouTube videos.
