These books are meant to be funny, so I wouldn't say there's anything overtly upsetting in them. However, there are certainly adult themes and plenty of inuendo.foxwish's review against another edition

Equal Rites is where Terry Pratchett started trying to move beyond being "just" funny (being funny is a lot harder than a lot of writers think) and into Saying Something Serious™️. But he wasn't, IMO, very good at it yet.

Silly and fun. Not as good as others I've read, but entertaining, and I can always use some Granny Weatherwax in my life.
