Even though this book very much so had the feel that it was written for an audience younger than me, I was drawn in immediately and had to know what happened next. I do wish however that the dialogue was better (not a single person came across as an adult or scientist due to the language being used). Also, the amount of times I read “heck” drove me crazy. Non-swearing swearing drives me up a wall… just don’t use it, ya know? 

When it started to get to the last 100 pages it became pretty clear he wasn’t going to make it back to Earth. Just knowing the sun went back to normal was enough. I feel like he was happier on Erid than if he had returned home.
