This is more than a love story. Zoe and Aiden come into each other’s lives at such peculiar times for both of them. Aiden is still grieving after his brother’s death. Zoe is trying to find and fix things inside that she can’t quite place. It has moments where things are funny, fun, and light. Falling in love. While ultimately, it’s healing. They are both finding what they didn’t know they were looking for. It was an amazing story of finding love and finding strength within themselves.

Mixes together many romance tropes and does it well. Sweet, funny, hopeful story with believable characters.

A fake relationship arrangement had Zoe and Aiden forge an unlikely bond over their shared feelings of guilt. Their initial wary dislike warred with the clear attraction they had to each other. Proximity forced them to share more of themselves than they had maybe intended and eventually led to forgiveness and a beautiful relationship. This story took us through a thorough up-and-down of emotions - guilt, fear, anger, grief, hope - and I loved every minute of it.
