I don't know which one is sadder, losing someone nice you thought you'd live a happy life together, or being killed for nothing.
The author had warn us, yet still it's so tense. If I have to pick one character I dislike the most, it'll be Mr. Poe. And as an adult, I want to apologize on his behalf (lol).
We tend to ignore things we think trivial, turns out it's crucial. I hope Mr. Poe's behavior can be a reminder for me.

Banger! Fun to see the orphans actually have fun. I can see how this series could get repetitive. So far I def like the other series better but the writing is still fun and I want to read the next one!!

3 stars. I definitely enjoyed this book a lot more than book one. It was funnier and the I really enjoyed the plot. However, there's just something about this series so far that I'm just not loving. They are fun, quick reads but nothing all that great. I hope they continue to get better as I read on and I find a point where I love it but for now they're fine. Nothing more.
