I loved both of the main characters! Their little bad boy and country girl vibe, was very cute.
Loved the Twitter aspect at the end of the chapters! The texting was cool as well. I don't know why, but I always love texting in books.

All of the authors did a great job making this story flow. I can only imagine when the *twist* was decided, if any of them actually had seen it going there from the beginning. Haha
A great and quick read. Nice happy for now, ending! Hopefully there will be more books written this way from this group :)

I started to read this thinking I was getting a book about a bad boy in jail or an ex-con; however, that is not what this book is. Verity is an artist at heart but works in a job that barely pays the bills, works for a creepy boss, and shares a taxi with a sexy tattooed guy that takes a crazy turn. During the taxi ride Verity becomes intrigued by the tattooed guy named Hudson. The two hit it off and start to explore their attraction. The thirteen different authors put together a funny, sexy, sweet, and interesting story. There were moments that I felt a little disconnected but overall enjoyed Verity and Hudson's journey.

Felony Ever After begins when Verity ends up sharing a cap with a guy who decides to steal it. Verity thinks things can't get any worse, right? Wrong. The guy who she considers a "felon" even though he was a perfect gentlemen is also the guy who is delivering these strange packages to her creepy boss. She wants to know what's in those packages, and she wants to know more about the delivery guy, Hudson.
She just never imagined someone so secretive, hot, and an all around great guy, until she gets to know him more. These two start off rocky, but soon it turns into something more. But Verity isn't sure his secrets are something she can handle.
This book was very funny! It has a whole lot of humor in it, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It has a great heroine, and a very mysterious fun hero. I liked this book a whole lot!

4 stars for a crazy, hilarious story that knows its crazy and embraces it
When you read that 13 authors have gathered to write a continuous story by alternating the authorship of each chapter, it sounds like you’d get a complete mess, but all the high reviews suggested something different, so I gave the story a try. And boy, was I surprised by how much I liked this. It isn’t seamless. The story feels connected and flows well, though there were a few moments where I notice a shift in storytelling, usually just in word choice. But only a few. The characters were enjoyable to read about, and the craziness is acknowledge, which I appreciated, because it makes it much easier to accept and enjoy.
Verity is hilarious, but not to the point where she seems unreal or the humor is over the top. She’s rational in her apprehension to her relationship with Hudson. She has a reasonable story behind her trust issues, but even with her past, she never felt overly cautious to the point where it was tedious to read. Verity is a tad judgmental, particularly towards Hudson, but she doesn’t dwell on it and doesn’t allow her original opinion of him to completely overshadow her judgement when she gets to know him.
Hudson is a tattooed, pierced, seeming bad boy. Hudson's mysterious, which makes him all the more intriguing both to the readers and Verity, and a good mix of sexy and sweet. The secrets that he hides are the main cause of drama between him and Verity, but their issues are resolved rather quickly and reasonably.
Verity and Hudson are so cute together. I’m definitely gushing about them, but it’s true that they are a great couple. They have great chemistry, hilarious banter, and heated moments. The tweets that are included at the end of each chapters helped add a sense of cohesion. It added something special to the story and their relationship.
The little side plot that goes alongside the development of Verity and Hudson’s relationship is actually really enjoyable. The authors’ know that it’s crazy and so do the characters, which makes it all light-hearted and fun to read.

When I read the part where Verity finds the sex doll that her boss made of her, it was completely out of left-field, but it made me chuckle. It was so outrageous, but absolutely hilarious, especially with Verity’s sense of humor.If you’re looking for a sexy, light-hearted, funny, and slightly crazy read, then you should pick this up. I enjoyed it so much more than I thought I would. Even though there were times where I notice the shifts in author, it was kinda fun to pick them out and realize how each of these author’s distinctive style is apparent and how it all blends together so well.

First of all, I have to mention I've never read an anthology like this one before; 13 authors, a lot of them my favorites - which made me want to read this like crazy - and a lot of them I now want to read something from! Such a unique experience reading a book that had so much input from so many different people, and the result was simply amazing.
The main idea for this project was, based on an outline for the story, each author would write a chapter and then pass it along to the next one. But the catch, and what made it funny, was that every author tried their hardest to write each chapter into a corner and make the story as crazy as possible, and leave it for the next one to make something out of it. Let me tell you, it was bananas! From the very first chapter till the last one this story was full of crazy stuff happening throughout, I'm sure they had fun and laughed at the outcome of every chapter, I know I did, and I was looking forward to the next chapter to see where this was going.

Now in the real world when you want to use twitter to complain about your boss you at least don't use your real name. Also there was a lot of TMI tweets, again use a pseudonym if you ever wish to be employed again. After staying late to avoid her creepy boss, she takes a crazy ride home.
Hudson Fenn (@tatwhiteknight) is a biker messenger/MIT graduate/sexy tattoo artist. He also has zero patience for taxi drivers that get stuck in traffic and fight with other drivers. So he does the only logical thing, he steals the taxi and drives Verity home since they both had the luck to share a cab.
That's pretty much where their insane story starts. What follows is a crazy, wild and sexy ride with these two going from one crazy situation to hot steamy scenes to sweet and thoughtful moments.
Overall this was a fantastic anthology that introduced me to new authors I'm looking forward to reading their works and Hudson Fenn?

I'm going with the latter, if I could give this book more than 5 stars I would. I'll admit I squeeled when Tijan shared the news about this on her facebook page and when I managed to get a review copy I was like a kid at Christmas and I'm pleased to say that the story itself didn't disappoint.
There will be a full review over on my blog so do check that out but let me say this, Felony Ever After is a story filled with wit, mystery and plenty of sex appeal. A cast of characters and one liners that will have you laughing out loud and a new tattooed book boyfriend that will have you more than a little hot under the collar.
These best selling authors have managed to put together a novel that is seamless and even though you are made aware of which author has written each chapter, I'd say if you'd not been told you would certainly be none the wiser. They've managed to blend their own writing styles wonderfully.
A light hearted read that has the right mix of humour and lust filled moments, a must read that will have you asking just one question, what the f*ck is in that box!?

What do you get when you have 13 best selling authors collaborate on one story? An effortless, romantic comedy.
I was so excited when I saw the ARC request pop on my news feed, I'm a huge Bella Aurora fan but I have heard of all the other authors. This gave me the perfect chance to read something by all of them. But you wouldn't believe it was wrote by 13 different authors. The storyline followed perfectly, it was funny and sexy.
I was literally laughing out load reading this book. Verity is one of my favourite female characters. She's funny, witty, independent, and strong.
Then we have Hudson, he's sexy, smart, funny and someone who's leg you want to dry hump. He gives off this air about him, like he's this bad boy thug. But he's so much more then that.
The story line was amazing, and totally unexpected. It really was something you didn't see coming like it says in the synopsis.
For me this is one of the best books I have read of 2016, it was just a easy story to fall in to and to fall in love with. The secondary characters are a great factor to the story. There were so really funny Tweets at the end of each chapter, which were hilarious.
I want more of these characters!
