this has always been my least favorite in the series, both book and movie, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s not a fun read. i just think it’s kind of boring and it also introduces what is, in my opinion, one of the biggest plot holes in the series which wouldn’t even be the case if jk rowling could shut her goddamn mouth. i do like how it introduced what is basically the equivalent of texting in like the 1900s. 

400 points like that old hag isn’t even trying to hide it.

Just a reminder that JK Rowling is human garbage. 

This is my 2nd time reading this book. First time listening to it. 

This just feels like more of the same from the first book but now we get a little bit of backstory on Hagrid. 

I know I’ll love Dobby later on but I found him quite annoying in this book.
