While there is something to be said that I finished this book, I really, really did not like any of the characters. I'm not sure you are supposed to. They do stupid, inconsiderate and selfish things...mostly.
But, if I think about why I read which is to experience other lives in other locations and situations, then this story works...albeit with people you want to shout at...Don't do that! Stop! This will not go well!
I actually liked the way that it addresses office gossip. It really made me think about how idle talk can affect the work atmosphere. I'm embarrassed to say how long it took me to realize that...but, hey, we're all on our own journeys.
