I missed this. Finding a book that makes you stay awake until wee hours of the morning because you can’t find it in yourself to put it down.

This is another favourite of mine after Managed (#2) in the series. The story just flows…so beautifully. It doesn’t really deal with too much heavy drama or emotions. And it’s not got a groundbreaking new story. It reads like a lot of romance books. But still managers to snag me all the same.

I loved Rye. He’s such a misunderstood cutie pie. And the whole gang?! They are all so sweet together! I love reading books where characters become family like this.

I can’t wait for Whip’s book!

Another very enjoyable read in the series. Super sad that the author seems to have stopped writing and we'll never find out how the drummer's story goes 😭

“You already are my everything. You’re my music, Bren”

A lovely romance, this lacked the edge and angst that I thought would come with Brenna's and Rye's story. If I hadn't had that expectation, set from the first book in the series and that singular angsty scene between the two, this would have been a good read. It took a while for me to catch up with the new angle on this, where the unrequited element was kicked to the teens and the relationship made a two way street. I never quite got over the disappointment in what I saw as the repositioning of the Brenna/Rye dynamics.
