WOW!! I LOVED IT! It has everything i love in a fantasy world. Poppy is a strong and very relatable character with very strong views and not easily swayed. I thought this characteristic of hers were especially her strong point towards the end of the book. *Hawke* is also amazing. Love him. He’s crazy. They’re all crazy honestly but the end of this book completely threw me for a loop.

I mean not the whole *Hawke* not *Hawke* thing but that was pretty obvious.

Actually no. This book was totally predictable and the foreshadowing almost too obvious but it doesn’t make me love it any less. And nothing was put into the book for no reason. I found myself connecting past events and details the deeper i got into the book. Can’t wait to read the second book!

Um idk how to feel about it … I like it but not that much. The middle was too slow and then boom at the end it goes too quickly. Kinda predictable towards the end. But loved the action.

From Blood and Ash made me go through a whirlwind of emotions, and it’s going to be replaying on my mind for a long time.

This was less of a find and more thrown at me by basically any fantasy channel that I follow. But they were right.

I thought the concept was very creative, a re-make of the once very popular vampire/werewolf story with some added complexities. 

I loved all the characters and I was absolutely hooked after reading through a few chapters. I wanted to know more about the characters and where they were going and all the mystery that surrounds them and their beliefs.

The character development is also pretty good, and the dynamic between mostly all the characters but especially the main characters is too funny.

I would recommend this to anyone who likes a good mix of plot and character driven development. And who isn't daunted by a long series or a couple steamy scenes.
