It started off okay, but once that boy said something about used to be a unicorn or "I was something magnificent", I dropped it. It's just so unrealistic even for a fantasy book. Not knowing how to talk then after a bear story he all of a sudden has a VERY wide vocabulary.

Maybe next time. Nothing caught me here, but maybe it wasn't time for me to read this book.

Part of a series, this is an interesting installment. Fey romance, set in 1870s. Author is apparently not a fan of bustles. It was interesting though. Plots and coup plans and curses. Romance, about two spicy peppers out of five. Lots of plot and tension.

Really enjoyed rereading this book, and the betrayals and the lies, and that ending! Lots happens!
