I read this very quickly. It's a good little story but a couple things put me off a bit: 

How did you forget your phone for a cross country trip? Why is everyone winking all the time? These twenty somethings talk like they are in their thirties, which I'm actually grateful for and attribute to poetic license. Bree cries SO much in the back third.
