I absolutely loved this book! It made me fall in love with reading again. I find Colleen Hoover’s style of writing so easy to read. I really emphasised with Lily Bloom. It was so well written- you fall in love with Ryle and it’s hard to let go of the character when you know you really need to which is exactly what it’s like being in love/in a relationship with a narcissist. Just brilliant. Made me cry so hard.

Favourite character: Allysa

Spice rating: 3/5

Favourite quote: “It stops here. With me and you. It ends with us.”

“In the future… if by some miracle you ever find yourself in the position to fall in love again… fall in love with me.”

This is not a romance. i’m so confused why it was labeled as one. i’m updating this because i thought about it. and this book was very blah, it was romanticizing domestic abuse and was just a very okay story. some of the book was just doctor porn and the rest was just stupid.

Letters to Ellen, first off didnt age well…second why tf ellen, i hate her. Just so fucking annoying. Had to actually scratch out her name because it irritated me so much.

Lily Blossom Bloom, why? at least your self aware though.

Atlas i zachowanie Lily w drugiej połowie książki uratowało moją ocenę, chociaż nadal nie uważam żeby była to dobra pozycja

Throughout the entire read, I found myself thinking that I hated how much I was loving this book that seemed to romanticize abuse. The note from the author at the end changed my perspective on the book. Excited to read the next one!
