Extremely short with 30% being resources and index. Light and fluffy on the science, not helpful as a medical resource. It's very touchy feely and I'm very not.

Loved the recipes given to make our own topicals and tinctures, etc. but most suggestions were everyday things I already do. I was expecting something different.
