Perhaps not as entertaining as Volume 1 of this series as the addition of Spider-Man Annual #1, at a whopping 72 pages, makes this volume feel bloated with a story that is less about plot and more about creating cameo appearances for practically every character in the Marvel universe at the time, including many pinups of these characters. My pre-adolescent self would have absolutely loved that annual though...

Only took me almost a year to read all the comics in this one xD 4 comics and the annual in two days, though, so clearly I can do it. Just need some discipline!

The obvious writing is cringey at times, and the women's faces are ridiculous, not to mention their 'personalities'. I love Aunt May, but Betty and Liz are just the worst. It's what you get from men writing and drawing in the 60s I suppose.

Enjoyed this collection overall, but the annual was the best!
