This book was good, but I feel like there was much it could’ve done without. Some scenes just seemed as if they were added to make the book longer and didn’t really add to the story. I enjoyed the characters journeys though and could see myself reading the next book in the series when it comes out.

I have never a book like this before and with the way I was hooked from beginning to end, I knew it was gonna be a good one. I love being a bit delusional irl and in fiction? Sign me tf up! So to read about serial killers wanting to kill each other only to find out they don’t want to live if the other dies, best believe I’m gonna stick around to read about their unconventional love story. I love how sick and twisted both the mc’s were bc they genuinely met their match when it came to one another. I love dark romances and this is definitely dark in terms of all the goriness so if that’s not your thing, I’d skip this read. Also the epilogue being in someone else’s pov and it ending at Frankie’s Funhouse! AHH I’m excited for the sequel bc I was so entrusted by the setting ever since I read about it in the Creepy Mall Anthology so to go back into the mall and learn more about all the other creatures that lurk in the darkness would be 🤌🏼
