The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the ending made me so sad and I’m a baby

A nice culmination of the mistborn series, and overall a good book that was a fairly easy read! I don't personally love how everything was concluded, but I think Sanderson made excellent decisions regardless.

I thought this was the perfect end to the first Mistborn trilogy. I very rarely read 'fun' books, and this trilogy was such an escape for me. I don't know if I'll continue in the series, just because I adored these characters so much. From book one, the world-building and the character development were just so well done. I wanted to live in this world forever.
I wasn't a huge fan of the wordy explanation on the nature of Ruin and Preservation. They took me out of the 'action' and I felt like the reader could already understand the roles of Ruin and Preservation from the text and I didn't need to be spelt out the way it was.

This book starts going at 90 miles an hour and doesn't stop accelerating
