I have to say right up front, I could not finish this book. it was so bad. the dialogue was stiff, stilted and unrealistic. people just don't talk like that. and the editing was ridiculous. multiple uses of the word "anyways" using wrong words like wondering instead of wandering, shown instead of shone. I feel like I could have found an error on almost every page. the story may have been ok but I couldn't tell because I couldn't get past the awful writing

Honestly, I was excited to read this book and it was somewhat disappointing. The book didn't suck me in and the characters were flat. One dimensional. You can tell that this was a novel of a first time author. The writing style and the layout were amateur, at best. And everything was super fast-paced. The lovey dovey emotions Ivan and Latianna were feeling, was just too much.
I don't mean to be a total bitch about it. I am into Sly Darkness right now and it's much better on the writing style and format of the whole thing.
