Easy on the Eyes by Jane Porter
Another great read from Jane about an almost 40 year old woman that has gone through a marriage and is now a widow and spends 100% of her time
devoted to her TV entertainment news program. Problem is the younger woman in her 20's that she trained now wants her job and the company wants to
give it to her. She finds out some information about lipo surgery, face lifts, etc and knows it's just not for her but she might have to go that route
to keep her job. She makes some tough choices as life goes on and her relationships fail and blossom...

It was disappointing - I loved her other books, but this one was just blah, and I couldn't STAND the main character. She was kind of a whiner. And the romance seemed totally contrived, not even remotely organic. I would definitely suggest one of her other books over this one.

A quick read about a mid-to-late 30 year old woman who is a tv personality and who has to deal with what it means to age in Hollywood. Classic chick lit.

I enjoyed this book, however I've read a few of Jane Porter's other books and liked them better. For some reason I just had a hard time getting into this book in the beginning. I didn't really get into it until almost halfway through.
