I’ve missed reading poetry. This was a lovely reminder of how beautifully simple it can be (which is definitely not saying that one way is best). The subjects of Mary Oliver’s poems require simplicity. It’s a lovely ode to “the moment”, and noticing the world and your place in it. It’s tender, moving, sometimes reminding us of darkness before moving us back into Spring.
