Loved loved loved. I kind of stumbled into this one but ended up loving it so much. It’s funny but has a solid plot mixed with some “erotic stories”

This had funny moments and more serious ones, but I enjoyed it overall.

Super cute novel that has a little something for everyone. Seriously... murder, romance, female empowerment? I can see why this was chosen for a Reese pick. I enjoyed the narrator as well. Great summer reading choice.

A new creative writing class in the Sikh community center turns into a erotic story club and a murder mystery. It was surprisingly perfectly balanced. The humor of the relationships between the widows and the comradery there, the political commentary around female sexuality and patriarchy, the thriller side with the mystery, the romance plot line and the actually very sexy swapped stories.
The mystery isn't that much of a mystery, but there are still puzzle pieces to put together and it felt like a nice addition. We kinda know what has happened so there isn't really a twist, but there is enough other stuff to still make it interesting. It was more about how it happened, getting the evidence for a court case and who was involved. It was such a good mix of everything and it was all perfectly balanced.
