I found this book to be more fascinating and readable than I expected. I appreciated it's insight and how it communicated information in a fun and interesting way.

Very good read with tips on how to make websites better in terms of usability. Especially liked Chapter 9 where he writes about doing usability tests each month with 3 participants, rather then doing a big test after launch.

This is the classic book on the subject, however, I expected more. Most of the information here has been assimilated, and seemingly obvious at this point.
