White, fluffy clouds on a dark blue background take on many different shapes...but in the end, they are only clouds.

Kids are always right with you until you get to the "Great Horned Owl." Then they're like, "Whaaaat?" It's actually kind of funny if you pace it right.

This is a short and simple book that for me was great to use in a simple art lesson about organic or freeform shapes. I read this to my first grade class and asked them to really look at the pictures and share their ideas of what other things the shapes look like or could be. They seemed really engaged with this activity! And the idea of a spill, which is often associated as bad could be a work of art, why that is creativity, curiosity and playfulness coming out! Overall, a very cute and inviting book!

I like the creativity of this book and how it encourages creativity in its readers. The images could be either spilt milk or a cloud...or anything else.
