Read June 2024
Initially I found it a little heard to love Astrid, and there were a couple moments throughout the book where that feeling came back, but aside from that I really liked Astrid Parker Doesn’t Fail. I love that it’s about someone figuring out their queerness a little later in life and Jordan was great. Plus, it was nice to be back with the friend group from Delilah’s.

Loooved this glimpse into Astrid’s life, especially after only briefly getting to know her through Delilah’s perspective in the last book. Her story resonated with me so much, and it was just such an enjoyable read!

I am pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this book and especially how much I liked Astrid.
After her introduction in the first book I thought it would be quite hard to start liking her as the FMC but I started warming up to her quite quickly.
I ended up liking this book actually even a little more than the first one but this may mainly be due to the way I could relate to the story lol
All in all a very cute and fun experience - highly recommend

I  loved this book! (Not only because Jordan is very smoochable) This was a book that I would call compulsively readable, it’s so easy to get through, I found myself reading 100 pages in less than an hour.

Astrid is a very relatable character. & Jordan’s design sensibilities are also relatable for me. They both felt very real, their problems were believable & so was their love story.

My favorite scene was at the movie theater, definitely somewhere I’d love to go.
