It was fine. Boring in some spots but very entertaining in others. My biggest complaint is that the author tried to be funny and missed the mark 9/10 times so it was awkward to read. Like being at a comedy show that’s not funny. This book could’ve been like 200 pages shorter and still accomplished everything it did. There was lots of circling in the middle

I technically read the 1st 16 chapters several months ago and then picked it up again recently to finish it off and I really enjoyed it. I thought the overall idea was super cute, I liked the characters and I wanted to see how things went.

I really enjoyed it but that being said, I didn't love it. I felt like some of the characters fell flat, the chemistry was lost at times and some of the stories were not resolved as well as I would have liked. I did think most of it was really adorable and I had a great experience with it overall! If you're into fake dating this will probably be an enjoyable one for you!
