It was a hard first four years for the Wilders but I was super excited about being able to see how newlywed couple handled both the good and bad times and how love and luck got them through it all. I hoped that if I ever married then I would be as lucky as they were to be with my perfect person. I'm very lucky to be getting my wish.

I'm thinking LIW would have cleaned this up a lot. even in right draft, however, her writing and story telling are good. The name Manly, however, did bother me as did the disparity in wedding details from the previous book. Some explanation in the forward would have been appreciated.
