Engaging and informative. I finished up with the audiobook because my library loan of the hardback expired. I think I would have enjoyed it more had I been able to keep going with the physical book.

I found Stoicism by studying some Greco-Roman history. I became interested in it because I realized I had already, unbeknownst to me, been putting a lot of the principles of Stoicism to use in my everyday life. I wanted to learn more about the history of Stoicism, and this book definitely filled that need. I look forward to reading the additional resources that have been mentioned within the book.

Good read if you want to get into Stoicism. Relatable and easy to understand.
