Well written and interesting. A very good introduction to modern stoicism. Don't have many qualms with this book if any. Perhaps a bit simple and could expand on some things, but it's an easy read that doesn't drag on so not sure if that would improve it much.

Helpful, if not profound, introduction to living stoically in the twenty-first century.

Didn't delve too deep, but provided generally practical advice and it's Stoic (or otherwise) origin. Author provides personal "overcoming" stories as a guide through the book.

Amazing and practical teaching of Stoicism while also justifying its importance im a reasonable
and logical manner. Not dense at all and easy to read.

Audible | I’m very interested in stoicism. The fundamentals of stoicism were written about and were interesting. The way they were presented was not the best for my particular learning style. I do enjoy the steps mentioned at the end and intend to write them down and practice.

I’ve been super interested in stoicism since reading books by Ryan Holiday, but I haven’t found a book that put it into practical terms. This book did just that.
