Short graphic pamphlet about the childhood and early days of C.L.R. James. Primarily focuses on his love of cricket (and how it was used by British Empire as a colonial tool) and the seeds of consciousness that blossom later. The story here ends with the staging of his play about the life of Toussaint Louverture in London in 1936.

Good, but wish it had been about 10x longer.
