Der Roman ist ganz ok, aber so richtig abgeholt hat er mich nicht.

The last third of the book amped this to 4 stars for sure. The last portion has high stakes that got me nervous for the characters. I also believe the ending was great.

The comedy was a bit of a miss for me and most characters were a bit annoying in the beginning. But you truly get to know them as a found family throughout the book and i think that was super cute.

The romance is top notch, loved the pining, fights and sex scenes as well! Wasn't expecting so many of those lmao

If you're in for a YA sapphic romance that is so much more than that plot-wise, give this book a chance. It has sci-fi and mystery elements that I think were very cool.

This book was really good. It was warm, comforting, and held a lovable cast of characters. It was very easy to read but struggled with some pacing issues around the 2/3 mark, where the plot got a little lost for me before picking up again. Bonus points for an unethical age gap. Lol

I didn't look into this that much before reading it, and it was a bit different from what I was expecting.  Not a straight romance for sure, lots of magical elements, which was fun! Definitely requires some suspension of disbelief in ways that are not typical for a romance novel.

I had a lot of fun with it!

Not 5 stars but 5 BILLION. Casey has done it again, I loved every second of this book and flew through it. Anyways, I’m OBSESSED and so glad for this book and for my favorite side character of all time (Wes is the best character in this book imho). More thoughts to come when I’m not sitting here still trying to digest what I just finished reading

Okay I’m gonna be honest, I can’t give an unbiased review on this book bc I just loved it so much. I kin Wes, August is a beautifully written character with a rich background woven perfectly through the storyline, I loved the chapter starters, and Jane is AMAZING. I loved RWRB too, but this book went above and beyond the expectations I had after reading RWRB. Casey wrote a fantastic story and I don’t have any other words. Cant stop thinking about this book and it’s been ten days. Send emotional support or tips for undoing a hyperfixation….
