A good story, but a little on the formulaic side for the genre, and with a little too much charging around the world without good reason. One dimensional villains whose abilities are never well explored, but as is typical with antagonist inflation, are made clear to be even bigger and badder than the last ultimate bad guy.

After being a little disappointed in the previous two books in the series, Warheart won me back. A rather satisfying conclusion to the long running Sword of Truth series.

I enjoy science fiction, I enjoy fantasy. I still re-read the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings, . This series began well - an easy flow of narrative but lost its' way around the 5th or 6th volume. I wish the author had not felt compelled to continue to the forced "happy ending"

I don't know how to review this book. While the book was enjoyable and I'm glad I read it, it left me feeling disappointed and longing for the return of Goodkind's previous writing style.
After reading the previous (17??) books in this series, I feel a sort of an obligation to the characters to finish out the series. These newer books are okay, but don't really hold a candle to the original books of the series (Faith of the Fallen, for instance). With the exception of The First Confessor, which was written much more in the original style, these later additions seem long winded without much actually happening in the grand scheme of things.

Had a slow start but a nice wrap-up. I think that should conclude the series but we'll see

All I can say is thank goodness this is over. His earlier stuff is great but I read this one more out of obligation than desire.
