I really enjoyed Do/Walk. It’s a very short, very quick read, all about the seemingly simple thought of a walk. The author takes us through her walking journey and habits in a very inspiring way. I especially enjoyed the thoughtful way she expressed the personal benefits a daily walking habit has for her. I actually teared up a few times during this read, it really brought me into exactly what I personally love about walking and is inspiring me to pick up a daily habit once more. Because it’s so true, you just don’t regret taking a walk outside.

I listened on Audible while I was walking. A wonderful listen and completed in a few 30 minute walks.
I loved the walking mantra.
