Okay, so in truth it's like 1,5 but I can't give it full 2 stars. I just can't. It wasn't THAT bad to deserve the "did not like" category but it was just BARELY okay.

Cute story with some pretty emotional scenes. The fmc had survived a school shooting and so she has been working through the trauma of that. It was nice to see her grow and build relationships and learn to love again. I really liked the mmc, thought he was mature and he definitely fell first but not in an over the top way.
Thought the end was a bit cheesy. The letter that the mmc wrote for her and then her still going radio silent for 2 more weeks after reading it seemed very forced.
Not a huge cast of side characters, just a couple key friends which was fine. Also no much emphasis on baseball since it was the off season.
Won’t be reading the rest of the books in this series, especially if book 2 is running parallel to this one since it feels like we already saw that relationship. Also, the fact that the mmc brother was in a wheelchair but then there was basically no mention of him getting around or the struggles his faced was very odd.

"I've only known him for about 48 hours, but I've thought about him for 47".
Yep, it's that kind of book. You know, one of those full of cliches and insta-love; some of it annoyed me, but in the end worked and I liked it.
The story doesn't have too much drama and it's kinda funny. Actually I don't get why there are so many reviews where people say that they cried reading this...

So this is not a masterpiece but it's ok if you like fluffy stories to pass the time.
PS: I think that Ty and Cass's story may have more potential, so I'll definitely read You And Everything After.
Wow ! Just wow!
I really hate myself to always push this book away! I should I've read it way sooner! This book was good, so damn good! I'm still trying to process it! I laugh & I cry ! I am so happy and sad at the same time ! It really play with my feeling! Well done Ginger Scott! Well done !

This book was so heart breaking and heart warming at the same time. I feel like I could really connect with Rowe and feel her pain and fears. I loved Nate's character. He wasn't what I expected him to be like. He was so sweet and charming and how could you not love Nate? Their love story was very realistic and I feel like something like that could acutally happen. it gives me hope that one day I will find love as well...
shocked and surprised
alright i started reading this as a nice lil in-between-fantasies romance just to refresh, and i ended up really liking it and it might have even gotten a tear out of me!! it was rude and uncalled for and i liked it.
one thing that bothered me were a few scenes that seemed to lack spatial context for the characters, i couldn’t tell where they were in relation to each other and it threw me off a few times.
