I ordered this book after being entranced by her wonderful poem at the inauguration. There were many poems of a similar style and tone that were really wonderful, as well as some that were important commentary on the protests for justice that took place in 2020 that were equally moving. While I did enjoy most of the poems in the book, some them were a bit hard to read, mostly due to specific alliterations, and hard to pay attention to as they went on. That being said, most of them were really beautiful poems. 4/5
