Very cute. I don't think this story is finished though, it felt much more like an introduction to a world rather than a complete story. The plot point I'm most concerned about is the curse that witches dies shortly after they give birth - doesn't give me a lot of hope for Mika and Jamie, unless they decide not to have biological children (which is totally valid).

A very cozy little book! I finished it in a couple of hours. A very good read if you’re having a bit of a hard time; it’s easy to read, mostly feel-good (very low stress, at least in my view), with themes of chosen family, acceptance, and redemption.

This is a very wholesome book, it's truly very warm and fuzzy and nice. Some parts felt a little rushed and I would have loved to have a lot more of it, but I enjoyed what there was. I kind of saw the ending coming, but I still liked reading it and recommend it to anyone looking for a wholesome, witchy, romantic read.

OH MY HEART. I absolutely adored everything about this book. A wonderful cozy, witchy, found-family story, with a dash of a grumpy-sunshine romance.

This was tooth-achingly sweet, with a deeply rich center, and the most heartwarming cast of characters. The perfect balance of humor, emotional depth, and charm. I loved this rag-tag bunch, and this story was well-paced and beautifully written, I really enjoyed this!
