honestly i want to rate it lower bc there was so much bullshit it dragged on for forever and i wish there had been a small “and here’s what happened in the last book,” because i was mad confused for a while. but it wrapped up the series nicely finally. series should’ve been a trilogy tho this book wasn’t needed.

This has been a wonderful adventure! Keera was a wonderful character and the growth and changes she went through were amazing! It has been wonderful seeing her turn into a strong and beautiful person! This was the perfect conclusion to this series and it's sad to say goodbye to them but there were some great secondary characters so maybe the author will bring them back to us in other ways! Thank you Tbr and Beyond Tours and Melissa Blair for sharing this book with me!

I enjoyed this one so much. It definitely qualifies as my second favorite of the whole series. A vast improvement over the third book.

I loved the development and the interwoven relationships. All of the characters really grew to love and trust each other than that made me so happy. I also loved how female lead this book was. Although Riven had a part to play, he wasn't the focus at all. I do wish he hadn't been as relegated to a side character in this book. That is my main complaint. It feels like he was diminished in order to let the girl gang shine. I also felt like this happened to Nicoli as well.

This series took a bit of a dip for me in the third book, but this one really brought the series back around for me. The story, plot, and emotional development are all well balanced and ends the series very well. I look forward to reading more from this author in the future.
