I originally had difficulty getting into the story but about one-third of the way in, everything started to come together and then it was so exciting that I had difficulty putting it down. A very original exciting story!
This book was so much more than a story about an in-between girl and a very bad dog. It’s not just a love letter for stories; it is a stunning call to action to tell your own.

This book was so special. It was one I read slowly and took in each sentence because I didn't want it to end. Harrow has become a favorite author of mine, but this book blew me away.
