I hate to say it, but I didn’t like this book at all. Never got into it, never vibed with the characters, wanted to DNF it for most of the book. The story didn’t keep me interested and I found the characters annoying

Absolutely amazing. My favorite book I’ve read this year! Gorgeous, heart wrenching, and heart warming and everything in between. There were many times where I would audibly gasp while reading, get chills and goosebumps, and literally cry. This book is FANTASTIC!
It transported me to places where my imagination could soar, and it all felt so REAL. Another reviewer called this book an “experience”, and I wholeheartedly agree. This book gave me wings and I flew through it ecstatically.

This was a captivating, immersive book. It unfolded in surprising ways and dealt with deep themes about family, home, belonging, self-trust. Highly recommend.
This was disappointingly boring. Despite all the flowery language the book is not in fact well written- the story and characters are severely lacking. The book is a little preachy (as usual, white people/ men are bad) but more than anything the book is just boring. Despite there being “Ten Thousand Doors” this story went nowhere.
