this is my first book I’ve read by this author and I really enjoyed it! It was an easy and engaging read. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because some of the verbiage I felt was repetitive and after a while I ended up getting  frustrated with the two main characters..  as adults if you want each other just make it happen! Everything didn’t need to be dragged on for as long as it was and the ending fell just a little flat for me BUT I still felt like it was a very cute romance novel and I can’t wait to read more books by this author!

This was a really engaging read. It pulled me into the story really quickly and the chapters just flew by. Serenity and Archer made a great couple, even if there relationship was fraught with outside factors that had huge impacts on their ability to be together properly for most of the book. I loved that both Serenity and Archer made each other better and happier supporting each other in everything.
